Near-Term Targets: LAMDA Development S.A. commits to reduce scope 1, 2 and 3 in-use operational GHG emissions of owned and leased buildings, covering downstream leased assets, 68.7% per m2 by 2030 from a 2022 base year. LAMDA Development S.A. also commits to reduce all other scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 46.1% within the same timeframe. LAMDA Development S.A. further commits to increase active annual sourcing of renewable electricity from 13.1% in 2022 to 100% by 2030. LAMDA Development S.A. further commits to reduce all other scope 3 GHG emissions 51.6% per m2 by 2030 from a 2022 base year. LAMDA Development S.A.finally commits to install no new fossil fuel equipment that are owned or financially controlled by the company in its buildings portfolios from December 31, 2030.
