Near-Term Targets: Darktrace plc commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 90.7% by FY2030 from a FY2021 base year. Darktrace plc also commits to reduce scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, capital goods, fuel- and energy-related activities, upstream transportation and distribution, business travel, use of sold products, and downstream leased assets 63% per USD value added within the same timeframe. Long-Term Targets: Darktrace plc commits to maintain at least 90.7% absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions redcutions from FY2030 through FY2040 from a FY2021 base year. Darktrace plc also commits to reduce scope 3 GHG emissions 97% per USD value added by FY2040 from a FY2021 base year.
