Near-Term Targets: EVN AG commits to reduce scope 1 GHG emissions from electricity and CHP heat generation 77.98% per MWh by FY2031 from a FY2022 base year.* EVN AG also commits to reduce scope 1 and scope 3 GHG emissions from all sold electricity and CHP heat generation 74% per MWh within the same timeframe.* EVN AG further commits to reduce all other absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 46.2% within the same timeframe. EVN AG finally commits to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emissions from use of sold products for sold and distributed fossil fuels 46.2% within the same timeframe. *The target boundary includes land-related emissions and removals from bioenergy feedstocks.
