Armstrong also commits to reduce absolute scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services, fuel and energy related activites, upstream transportation and distribution, waste generated in operations, downstream transportation and distribution and end-of-life treatment of sold products 27.5% by 2030 from a 2019 base year.
