Overall Net-Zero Target: Tencent Holdings Limited commits to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2050. Near-Term Targets: Tencent commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 70% by 2030 from a 2021 base year. Tencent also commits to increase annual sourcing renewable electricity from 2% in 2021 to 100% by 2030. Tencent further commits to reduce absolute scope 3 GHG emission 30% within the same timeframe. Long-Term Targets: Tencent commits to reduce absolute scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions 90% by 2050 from a 2021 base year.
