Near-Term Targets: China Motor Corporation commits to reduce absolute scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 63.0% by 2035 from a 2024 base year. China Motor Corporation also commits to reduce absolute well-to-wheel scope 3 GHG emissions from use of sold Light duty vehicles 63.0% within the same timeframe. China Motor Corporation commits to work toward the phase out of new internal combustion engine vehicles by 2035 in leading markets and by 2040 globally.
